The grapefruit tree is a hybrid cultivated primarily in America, South Africa, and Israel. Florida is the largest exporter of grapefruit. It takes 7 to 10 years for a grapefruit tree to reach 7 to 8 meters in height and produce fruit.

This essential oil is HEBBD (Botanically and Biochemically Defined Essential Oil).

Dietary supplement

Take a maximum of 2 drops of grapefruit essential oil 3 times a day (i.e., 0.17 ml) on a Puressentiel neutral tablet (or 1 teaspoon of honey, olive oil, or 1/4 of a sugar cube). Equivalence: 1 ml = 36 drops.
