How to use:
Step 1. Draw this liquid liner along the upper lash line.
• Line your upper lashes: Gently glide the liner along your upper lash line, creating a smooth, even stroke. • Start thin, build as desired: For a subtle look, keep the line thin. Gradually thicken the line for more dramatic styles. • Wing it out (optional): To create a winged look, extend the line slightly beyond the outer corner of your eye. • Set and dry: Allow the liner to dry completely for approximately 20 seconds. Avoid blinking or touching your eyelids during this time.
