Apply before sun exposure and reapply frequently to maintain protection, especially after swimming, toweling, and sweating.
Before sun exposure, apply generously (e.g., an average of 7 sprays on an adult's forearm). Reducing this amount decreases the level of protection.
Do not stay in the sun for too long, even if you are using a sunscreen. Excessive sun exposure is dangerous.
Remember:
- Do not expose babies and young children to the sun.
- Avoid exposure between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m.
- Use protective clothing (hats, sunglasses, t-shirts).
- Do not inhale.
