1. Shake eyeliner before use.
2. Place the tip as close as possible to the upper lash line. Apply the eyeliner starting from the center of the eyelid and extending the line to the outer corner of the eye.
3. Then start from the inner corner of the eye and draw a line towards the center of the eyelid.
4. For a graphic makeup look, choose other shades and add strokes of color.
5. For a doe-eye effect, draw a thin comma at the outer corner of the eye.
