All our sun care products for children undergo efficiency tests to guarantee protection against UVA/UVB. We also carry out random effectiveness tests on our products to guarantee the level of protection of the manufactured batches.
We have always used mineral sunscreens (hence the very light white veil for the 50+ index). The size of the titanium particles used is between 185 and 300 nm. With this size, the particles used are much too large to pass through the epidermis; they remain on the surface of the skin to fully play their role as a screen against UV.
